Exchange and Return Policy

At Gentech we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so you can ask our Customer Service the exchange or return of a product purchased on our site. Below we describe our Exchange and Return Policy, with timeframes and conditions so you can manage your case.

Valid Reasons for Exchanges and Returns

The reasons for which you can request an exchange or return of a product are the following:

• Defective product
• Product arrived broken
• Product with variants (flavor, size, etc.) different from the order
• Product different from the order

Casos No Contemplados

Exchanges or returns are not accepted for products that are:

• Used or opened
• Without their original packaging
• In a condition different from that required for products in that category
• Without their purchase receipt

How to Process an Exchange or a Return?

Within 10 days of product delivery

Process your exchange or return by completing the claims form found further down on this page, or by sending an email to info@gentech.com.ar.

More than 10 days after delivery

Returns are not accepted after this period.

Exchange or Return Process

1. Complete the claims form at the bottom of this page with your personal details, contact phone number, reason for the claim and attachments (product photos, purchase receipt).
2. Keep the product in its original packaging, exactly as you received it (a necessary condition for processing).
3. Our Quality team will review your case and contact you shortly.
4. In the case of return: we refund the product value with a Store Credit Coupon.
5. In the case of cambio: the new product will be shipped (subject to stock availability).

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to valid reasons are covered by Gentech.
• For exchange or return requests due to the customer's responsibility, contact Customer Service to check whether processing is possible. In these cases, the pickup cost will be paid by the user, even if the initial shipping was free.
